Client Gallery Terms of Service
The photographs and other visual content made available through this gallery are provided by Damian Coleman Visual Solutions Ltd. t/a Damian Coleman Photography ("DCVS") for the client and purpose for which they were commissioned.
Copyright and ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all photographs and other visual content remains with Damian Coleman Visual Solutions Ltd. The purchase or delivery of digital files does not transfer copyright ownership.
Use of images
The client may use the delivered images for the purposes and within the usage rights agreed with DCVS. Images must not be resold, sublicensed, commercially redistributed, or supplied to third parties for their own commercial use without prior written permission, unless such rights have been expressly agreed in writing.
Where images are supplied for personal use, they must not be used for commercial purposes without the appropriate licence from DCVS.
Gallery access and downloads
Gallery links, passwords and download credentials should be kept secure and should not be shared beyond persons authorised by the client. Downloading or accessing an image does not alter the copyright or licensing terms applying to that image.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that any use of the images complies with the agreed licence and with any applicable third-party rights or permissions.
Separate agreements
Where a separate quotation, contract, licence, or other written agreement has been entered into between DCVS and the client, that agreement takes precedence over these general gallery terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
